20-30ft. high 15-25ft.wide.
This is a picture from a few years ago.  It has grown quite a bit more.

Fragrant, creamy white flowers after regular lilacs have bloomed. Doesn't sucker like other lilacs. Very stout hardy tree.

Syringa meyeri(Palibin) Korean

Compact shrubby lilac. 4-5ft. high and a little wider. Easy to keep smaller with trimming. Flowers well when young. Loaded with violet purple flowers in spring.
